| How do I login? |

Your username is the first part of your Daemen e-mail address. For example, if your e-mail is student9@daemen.edu, your username is student9. Your password was assigned to you by Academic Computing and should be the same as your Daemen College e-mail password. Both should be entered in lowercase.

| I can't login and I get something about authentication credentials. |
|
Could not login. Valid authentication credentials were not provided.
This means that you have not entered your username or password correctly. It is important that you use lowercase when you enter your username and password. Check to make sure your "Caps Lock" key is not on.

| I get an error like the one to the right. |
|
An error occurred while the system was processing this login request.
This means that most likely you do not have an account on the system. Please see finding your username and password below.

What do I need to access Blackboard?
|
|
You must have a web browser and your username and password that was assigned to you by Academic Computing. Currently, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x is the preferred browser. You may currently download it here or you may go to Microsoft and search for a current version.
